Snowline Hospice
Snowline Hospice is a nonprofit, community-based organization dedicated to meeting the unique physical, emotional and spiritual needs of those who are nearing the end of life’s journey. Our goal is to enhance the living, comfort the dying and support the grieving with compassion and dignity.
The Snowline Hospice services are provided by funds received from the proceeds of our four thrift stores, processing center, individual donations, fundraisers, and the United Way.

Day In The Life Project
If you have a working digital camera, one of the non-profit organizations we partner with is a day in the life project. The mission of this wonderful organization is:
“to empower, highlight, and encourage underserved and at-risk youth, teens, and communities through the art of photography. This is accomplished by bringing youth, teens, volunteers, supporters, student photographers, and professional photographers from outside of an area together with a community that is in need of shattering stereotypes and would not typically receive recognitions.”
We accept working digital cameras at our facility for A Day in The Life and you can also follow the links on their site to find out how you can donate, http://www.adayinthelifeproject.org/Donate_A_Camera.html
In September we partnered with a Day in The Life and KCRA channel 3 news for an e-waste event where we collected over 70 working cameras for the project. For each bin we filled the day of our event we donated one more new camera on behalf of CEAR. Through the communities generous donations and through CEAR’s donation we were able to provide over 120 cameras for the children. See below for some of the photographs that were taken with the cameras
