1. Position:

ITAD Lead Technician

We are seeking an ITAD Lead Technician who is responsible for software and hardware assets (servers, desktops, printers, network devices, etc.) that support our ITAD program. This includes, but not limited to effective inventory tracking, data wiping, asset auditing, value accessing and other administration and directing of the asset management processes and procedures, as well as leading a team of technicians.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for a full cycle scalable IT asset management and recovery program including, but not limited to, effective data entering, data wiping, asset auditing, value accessing and other administration.
  • Sets up/improves IT asset management processes and procedures involving both hardware and software for servers, desktops, laptops, network devices, tablet and other electronics.
  • Leads and coaches other team members to inventory, test and perform repair works for ITAD assignments.
  • Provides directions for lifecycle management to ensure proper asset recovery whole device vs. parts vs end of life recycling.
  • Partners with members of Sales and Finance to improve existing asset management processes and profit margin.
  • Creates reports for on demand visibility of key Asset Management statistics.

Qualifications & Abilities:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of technical education and working experience;
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel spreadsheet;
  • Working experience in installing, configuring and upgrading PC software, drives and operating systems;
  • Basic computer network and IT security knowledge;
  • Solid understanding on mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets and able to wipe data from the mobile devices;
  • Able to adapt and understand new computer technology;
  • Must complete work by due dates on regular basis by working with others in a team environment;
  • Ability to get along and work effectively with others.

 

 

2. Position:

Corporate Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated sales professional to join our team in Mather, California. The Corporate Account Manager will generate sales of IT asset disposal services and maintain a strong relationship between the Company and the Customers.

CEAR provides IT asset management and end-of-life electronics recycling in California. Our services include data security/eradication, re-marketing, and end-of-life electronics recycling.

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

  • Generates, identifies leads and manages prospects to acquire new, profitable, commercial and industrial customers;
  • Prepares and delivers presentations to customers, and follows up with key decision makers;
  • Puts together proposals and bids from start to finish;
  • Maintains customer base and develops plans for profitable growth;
  • Prepares all required Customer Service Agreements (CSA), Statements of Work prospecting tool reports, pricing metric, and other miscellaneous reports and paperwork in a timely manner;
  • Works with customers and Operations to ensure customer service satisfaction and company profitability;
  • Other duties as assigned by the company from time to time.

Qualifications & Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, in Business or related field;
  • 3+ years’ experience in a customer-facing sales role, recycling industry is a plus;
  • Business development & planning skills in changing environment;
  • Excellent communication/teamwork skills;
  • General knowledge of electronics and IT equipment;
  • Ability to perform market research and analysis;
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 

 

 

3. Position:

Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a full time dynamic office administrative assistant with room for growth. This position is fast paced and multi-tasked. The successful candidate must be willing to handle many different duties at any given time.

Job Description:

General Office Duties:

  • Answer incoming phone calls;
  • Type, copy, file and data entry;
  • Manage calendars, customer greeting and prepare plant tour;
  • Support office with day to day needs including incoming and outgoing mail handling; supplies ordering, conference room maintenance, database maintenance, etc.

Sales/Marketing Support:

  • Assists with marketing research

Customer Service:

  • Help customers with service and pricing questions;
  • Call/email customers to verify information and obtain required documents;
  • Streamline and update customer information.

Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications & Abilities:

  • Associate degree/2+ year college education and 2+ year customer service experience;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Publisher and Power Point;
  • Excellent oral and written communicating skill;
  • Able to work in a dynamic working environment independently and as a team member;
  • Able to prioritize assignments;
  • Able to multi-task while paying attention to details.
