Our process uses centrifugal force technology to accelerate and separate material instead of traditional knife-cutting methods. In CEAR’s cyclone-type chamber, the physical forces of impact produce quick material separation by breaking them into their composite parts, simultaneously avoiding the escape of hazardous substances. This collision also results in a cleaner, top-quality output, 85% of which is good enough to return to the marketplace as-is.
But not only is the process clean, it’s also the fastest and most efficient method of e-cycling available today. In contrast, our process uses only use one third of the energy compared to regular knife-shredders of similar capacity, churning out an astounding 3 to 5 tons of e-waste each hour!
